Adrienne Cirone
Cohort 1 Alum - 2018-2019
Adrienne is an Assistant Principal with more than 21 years of experience in education and a guiding motto: “All for Kids.” Most of her career has been spent as a special education teacher, specializing in curriculum design, literacy, behavior modification, intervention, social emotional learning, and professional development.
Over the past five years, she has expanded her impact as a school administrator, serving as an assistant principal in a small K–6 district where her versatility allows her to wear many hats and contribute to every aspect of school operations. This unique setting has provided her with valuable experience across multiple administrative roles, deepening her understanding of how schools and districts function holistically.
A passionate advocate for mindfulness in education, she has helped her school community enter its third year of integrating mindfulness practices into classrooms and culture. She believes that cultivating presence, compassion, and emotional balance among educators and students leads to stronger learning communities.
Proudly identifying as a “Goal Digger,” she is driven by a single purpose: to collectively make a positive impact on the lives of the students and families she serves.
