Amy Mount is a passionate educator and collaborative leader dedicated to empowering teachers and enhancing student learning. She has extensive experience in curriculum design, professional development, and assessment, building strong relationships across five New Jersey school districts. Dr. Mount focuses on creating engaging, technology-rich learning environments with hands-on projects.

She champions teacher growth through mentorship and support. Holding a doctorate in School Improvement and Educational Leadership, Dr. Mount's warmth and collaborative spirit inspire positive educational change. When not at work, she enjoys time with her family.

She has an 11 year old son and 6 year old daughter. She's an avid home baker who loves historical recipes and baking along with 2 the Great British Baking Show. Cooking shows, documentaries, and period dramas are also among her favorites.
