Christina Dixon
Cohort 4 Alum - 2024-2025

Christina Dixon is an advisor, consultant, and coach who partners with education leaders to catalyze systems change and guide organizational transformation through continuous improvement. She currently collaborates with A+ Schools, the Fresno County Superintendent of Schools, WestEd, and the Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching, where she previously served as an associate for networked improvement science.

Earlier in her career, Christina co-founded the True North Institute, supporting the Bedford Area School District in applying Toyota Production System principles to improve student outcomes. She also served as a principal with Value Capture, LLC, advising healthcare systems on quality and safety improvement, and as executive director of Summerbridge Pittsburgh and national service director for Summerbridge National (now Breakthrough Collaborative).

In her community, Christina is a co-founding board member of the Pittsburgh Futures Collaborative, a nonprofit committed to aligning regional systems so that every individual can reach their full potential. Her cross-sector work reflects a deep commitment to equity, collaboration, and sustainable improvement across education and community systems.

Outside of her professional life, Christina is a world traveler who loves hosting dinner gatherings, cheering on her son’s sports teams, and spending time skiing, hiking, or relaxing with family. She holds a B.A. from Stanford University, an M.Ed. from Bank Street College of Education, and an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from the University of Virginia.
