Jill Ordynans began her career as a classroom teacher and now brings more than 20 years of experience to the field of education. Guided by a deep commitment to equity and inclusion, she has dedicated her career to expanding access to high quality learning experiences for all students.

Her expertise extends beyond the classroom through her work as a consultant on literacy projects with research teams at Scholastic, Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, and Curriculum Associates. In these roles, she has examined program effectiveness and contributed to multiple research publications.

Currently, Jill is passionate about teaching psychology and education at both the undergraduate and graduate levels while continuing to explore her research interests in teacher self-efficacy, agency, and professional practice.

What drives her most is the opportunity to empower students to pursue their passions, build confidence, and achieve their goals. For Jill, education is both a science and an art, rooted in curiosity, compassion, and the belief that every learner has the potential to thrive.
