Who is TEL for?

Educational leaders who seek to enact systemic transformation built on a deep foundation of their own inner development. Fellows are committed to integrating an equity perspective and contemplative practices to support the transformation process. TEL Fellows are willing to be vulnerable and hold space for others to do the same while together unpacking the year’s learning opportunities.

Many educational leaders have the desire for transformation. Fewer have the vision, the disposition, and the inner wisdom needed to lead transformation. Leaders are called forward to rise to the challenges of these times through deep inner and outer work.
